Refund & cancellation
We understand life happens. Here's how our refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling work.
48+ hours before your session
Full refund of any payment received
Cancel at least 48 hours before your session and we'll refund everything you've paid, including the deposit and any balance paid in advance. Your timeslot is released immediately for other families.
Within 48 hours of your session
Deposit is non-refundable
Within 48 hours of your session start time, deposits are non-refundable. This covers our preparation, your reserved timeslot, and our admin time.
If you've paid the full balance in advance, the balance portion (any amount above the deposit) will be refunded in full.
No-shows
Deposit forfeited
If you do not arrive for your session and have not cancelled or rescheduled in advance, the deposit is forfeited. Any balance paid in advance will be refunded.
Rescheduling
Free 48+ hours in advance
Rescheduling is free if requested at least 48 hours before your session. Simply pick a new available slot via the Manage Booking page.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of your session is subject to our availability and may incur a fee at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss.

Refund processing
5-10 business days
When a refund is due, it's processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
